Bedside Table for Small Bedrooms, Floating Wall-Mounted Acacia Wood, Set of 2, 30 x 20 x 8 cm or 40 x 20 x 10 cm | Sansoti

A bedside table in a bedroom where there’s practically no room

In a small bedroom, the bed goes against the wall, leaving just 30 centimeters on either side. A regular bedside table won’t fit, or sits where you’ll stub your toe on it every night. This floating bedside table for a small bedroom screws onto the wall, leaving the floor underneath completely clear. Choose between 30 x 20 x 8 cm and 40 x 20 x 10 cm - shallow acacia wood shelves with just enough room for a phone, a book, and a glass of water. You get two, so both sides of the bed are taken care of at once.

Why it works in a cramped bedroom

• No floor space taken up: wall mounting means you can keep walking beside the bed and vacuum the floor in one go.
• Just 20 cm deep: barely protrudes, so you won’t bump into it in the dark.
• Two sizes: 30 cm wide for a very narrow wall, 40 cm if there’s a little more room.
• Floating effect: because you can still see the floor underneath, the room feels bigger than it would with a closed cabinet.
• Set of 2: symmetry on both sides of the bed without having to order twice.
• Mounting hardware included: screws, wall plugs, and instructions are included, so you can put them up in one evening.

Mounted at the right height

The advantage of wall mounting is that you choose the height: hang the shelf roughly level with the top of your mattress, and you can reach your phone without sitting up. The acacia wood has its own grain and warm brown tones, so each shelf looks like a piece of furniture rather than a hardware store shelf. At 8 or 10 cm thick, its silhouette stays subtle against the wall. Suitable for a bedroom, but just as useful in a guest room or a narrow hallway where a cabinet won’t fit. The set includes two bedside tables, mounting hardware, and installation instructions.
